Don't panic! If you have not received a shipping confirmation email but you have been charged for your order, you will receive your order without any problems.
The reasons you have not received the e-mail may be
- Yourorder has not been processed/shipped yet. Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business day. If you placed your order on a Friday it may not be processed until the following Monday.
- You may have ordered a pre-sale or out-of-stockproduct. We will keep an eye on the stock and ship your product as soon as possible.
- The e-mail has been mistakenly marked as spam. Pleasecheck your spam folder and make sure to add to your safe list.
- There is anerror in the email address.

email@example.com with your name, order number, and email address used to place the order, and we can confirm the order for you.
